5.0.0

This is the first release of this project for Dolphin 5. The code is mostly unchanged from the Dolphin4 release. The changes that were made:

• Fixed a bug caused by the incorrect ERROR_NO_MORE_FILES constant.
• Removed the loose method package.
• Ran Smalllint over the code and reformatted it.
• Removed Applet support from the FTPClient package.

This code was originally written for Dolphin 4 and I have done no work to maintain it. Unfortunately it has no UnitTests which makes it close to useless as far as I am concerned. If anybody does any work, or writes tests for it, I would be happy to include the changes.
